FreeMen That Cook (MTC) is a lifestyle and community movement built around the idea of living better together. MTC was created by men, but it is not limited to men. The name represents the spirit behind the movement: people who are intentional about how they live, what they consume, how they move and the kind of lives they build. We believe wellbeing is bigger than food or fitness. It is about the whole person; what we eat, how we move, how we think, how we work, how we connect, how we grow and how we contribute. Through food, movement, wellness, learning, experiences and community, MTC creates spaces where people can come together, build genuine relationships, discover new experiences and become better versions of themselves. We encourage people to eat well by understanding food, cooking, making better choices and sharing meals. We encourage people to move well through fitness, sports, outdoor activities and experiences that keep the body active and strong. And we encourage people to live well by growing personally, building meaningful relationships, pursuing purpose, taking care of their wellbeing and contributing positively to the world around them. MTC isn't about being perfect. It's about making better choices, creating better experiences and becoming better together. Whether you come for the food, the movement, the conversations, the experiences or the community, the goal is simple: Leave better than you came. Eat Well. Move Well. Live Well. That is MTC.
